Unmalted Wheat

Greetings fellow brewers.

I am brewing up a batch of Weizen and have mixed and matched from a few suggested approaches. One of these utilized 'Unmalted Wheat.' Beer Tools Pro does not have this in the data base and I am hoping that someone has technical information for this ingredient.
