Buckwheat Recipes?

Does anyone have any recipes using buckwheat?

I brewed two batches of beer using buckwheat as the primary ingredient. Also, in addition to Rogue's Buckwheat Ale (which also contains barley), a small brewery in Belgium makes a beer (Sara Ale) using buckwheat as the only grain. I would like to get a Rogue Buckwheat ale clone recipe adapted for extract/grain brewing.
I would also like to find a good Rye ale recipe.
