Killian's clone?? (extract)

Post by djanrchy »

Just started brewing, on my first batch, a dry-hopped traditional bitter, so I personally haven't made this, but it is a recipe I did find. Give a holler if it works and hopefully I'll be making it soon myself.

Killian's Clone:
(extract)

3.3 lbs. Munton's Extra Light LME
3.0 lbs. Munton's Light DME
0.5 lbs. Breiss Crystal 40
0.5 lbs. Carapils
2.0 oz. Roasted Barley
.75 oz. Fuggle hops (60 min.)
1.0 0z. Kent Golding hops (15 min.)
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale yeast
priming sugar

The numbers listed as follows, like I said haven't made so who knows:

O.G. 1.058; F.G. 1.015; SRM 12.4; Plato 14.9; IBU 22.5; ABV 5.69

Good luck.
