substitute for Crystal 20
I am brewing an IPA this weekend. My local HBS doen not have Crystal 20. Is there a good substitute for this?

Not really, but...
You could use a smaller amount of 40L crystal malt and suppliment it with Carapils/dextrine malt (same thing). The result won't be exactly the same, but close. Carapils (Briess) and dextrine malt is actually a form of very light crystal malt made from undermodified malt.
