Time to start compiling your Oktoberfest recipes

Beer tools team,

It is not too early to start getting ready for Oktoberfest, a true Marzen is lagered for 90 days, so if you want to start drinking your's for Sept / Oct time frame, your recipe needs to be in the carboy by June. You have a month and a half to formulate, purchase, brew, ferment, and start your lagering ... Check out my Azorean Brewer's Excellent Oktoberfest in the recipe archive's, others have made it and many have loved it ...
