It is not too early to start getting ready for Oktoberfest, a true Marzen is lagered for 90 days, so if you want to start drinking your's for Sept / Oct time frame, your recipe needs to be in the carboy by June. You have a month and a half to formulate, purchase, brew, ferment, and start your lagering ...
