Quickly Maturing Recipe
I've been asked to brew a batch for a picnic at the end of April--a little over a month away. Does anyone have a suggestion on a quickly maturing ale?

Try this
Billy,
My Harp lager clone is a big hit with everyone who drinks it, I know you are looking for an Ale, my best bitters is also very good, check them out in the archives, do a "search for text containing" Azorean OK? Both are drinkable in 3 weeks ...

quick maturing
If you like Hefes they are really good and quick. They ferment in 7-10 days and don't need a secondary. With force carbing they can be ready start to finish in 10 days or so. Also the cloudiness is fine for these. I do all grain now but these are the best extract beers Ive made..
