i have a project in my high schoole, where i have to find a recipe on a Beer that contain lots of protein and mineral. Do you know a good recipe. thx

In reality, all beers have some level of proteins and minerals (some more than others). What is it that your professor is looking for with regard to the proteins and minerals? What's the end purpose of the project? A little more info and we can advise.
