Priming Sugars

Post by gr8beer »

Does anyone have a chart for using various sugars for priming (ie: varying amounts for syrups, molassas etc)? I thought I had seen one a few years ago but, alas, didn't save it.
Also, what effect these various sugars have on the taste of final product?

different carbing sugars have very little effect on flavour as you only use enough for carbonation. You want to be left with very little fermentables in your beer or you end up with bottle bombs
