Lookin for a recipe
Anyone have a recipe, or link to one, that would clone a Canadian Beer...Moosehead Light type??
No head like moosehead
Sorry, man, I can't offer you a tried and tested recipe that would copy moosehead. I have been trying to track down one myself. So far, I have been able to determine:
a) Moosehead is a lager, so to truly clone it you will have to be able to keep the beer at low temps (ie lager the beer)for a prolonged period.
b) The fermentables are 2row and corn.
c) I would guess the hops would be a noble variety like Hallertau.
Hey, what part of Canada are you from? I am living out in Vancouver. Cheers!

North American Clone Brews
There is a book titled North American CLone Brews.
I think it is by Scott Russell. This book boasts of 150+ clone recipes. Mooshead is one of the 150+. I don't know where this book is sold, or if Jeff can get you one from the hop Vine.
