What do you think??

Post by ceannt »

I just posted a trial recipie on the Library (Boar's Breath Stout) as an experiment with malt vinegar. I am thinking of only using 4-oz of malt vinegar after playing around with my calculator... leave it to an engineer to take a wild @ss assumption and carry it out to 4 significant figures...
Anyway, this is not intended to be a clone of Guinness, just a good Irish dry Stout. Any comments, opinions, suggestions????

I brewed my Boars Breath Stout on Memorial Day. I only added 2.5oz of malt vinegar to be on the conservative side. I figured that if it was too little, at least I could still drink it... I'll let you all know how it turns out.
