I recently acquired a 55 gallon food grade barrel that would work great as a primary fermentor.
Now all I need is an excuse to try a batch in it. I also have a friend that is supposed to be getting me a 55+ gallon SS fermenting tank. The kids are way to young to be graduating or get married, so I need an excuse to brew a mega batch. Any suggestions? I thought about having some friends over that like the brew, but don't have the desire to do the work to pitch in and we could have a couple cases a piece, and a whole lot of fun doing it.
