spare arm

wondering if someone can point me in the direction of some instruction or "how to" build my own sparge arm, how does phils sparge arm work ? I have not had the op to see one up close yet, any help would be great, thanks -->

Havent seen a Phils sparge arm either, i know of them but they would seem to be an expensive version of a spray attachment for your garden hose, thats all i use with a length of plastic tubing attached, the flow of water is controled by the tap on your vessel. Personally i find that most of these gadjets designed to make your life easier do exactly the opposite ie the bottle filler, Hey, they'll sell you a round thing and call it a refined wheel if you let them.
