I just read your post about your purchase of the brewhouse. Congrats! If I remember right you were working (for free?) at a brewery in Seattle. Sounds like you are moving on up. I am just wondering what the cost was for those conicals, and more generally what the startup costs are for craft brewers. Also, I am curious about the mention of "crash cooling" in your post below. What is its purpose and how does it improve the flavour?
