Stir
I just added 3 pounds of fresh raspberries to my secondary fermenter, then siphoned my beer on top of it. Should I stir the whole thing or just let it do it's job?

Just let it do it's thing. You don't want to risk oxidizing your beer.
Primary - Belgian Dubbel, Belgian IPA
Secondary - Cherry Lambic
Bottled - Bourbon Barrel Coffee Porter, Double Chocolate Raspberry Stout, Imperial Nut Brown, Apfelwein, American Amber Ale w/Homegrown Hops, Breakfast Stout
Kegged - Bass Clone, ESB

I personally stopped fruiting beers but if you are going to do it in the secondary, avoid O2. The fuit flavor should leach just fine without stiring.
