Small batch big carboy
Am i gonna encounter a problem if I am brewing a 2 gallons batch in a 6 gallons carboy?
small batch
I make 3 gallon batches in a 5 gallon carboy without oxidation problems. I think you'll be okay.
For primary, the yeast will consume the oxygen and replace it with CO2 pretty quickly if you have a healthy fermentation. I wouldn't secondary the beer in such a container though. I usually skip secondary, but when I have a 3 gallon batch that needs a secondary, I use a 3 gallon container.
