how long can a starter rest in fridge
I lost my window of opportunity to brew this weekend and will have to wait till sat. morning. i started a 1000 ml batch of WL810 SAN FRANCISCO LAGER YEAST
should hit this batch again w/ dme and spin it again from Thursday to Saturday OR will the first batch still be viable

Either way you will be fine
It takes a lot to have too much yeast especially when you are making a lager. If I were you, I would feed the yeast, aerate and grow more healthy yeast cells. As long as you have good sanitazation procedures, you will be fine.
