Thanks for all your help in regards to batch sparging. I used the technique the other day with great results. Chris

Glad the batch sparge worked for you, Chris. I wish it was the way I started into all-grain - I have not lost any efficiency since switching, and have shaved an hour or so off of the brew day.

Keep us posted on how the brew turns out.
