Polyclar 10 clarifier during Mashing and Sparge
What would the results be say if one accidently used Polyclar to condition water pH instead of Gypsum....uh...this is hypothetical of course...Doh !
What affect would the Polyclar have on the starch conversion, enzymes, proteins etc...I use it for chill haze and it works well, but may not be recommended for the mash, sparge, and boil and fermatation process. That batch utimately ended up as lawn food.
