as far as i know i dont know of any beer srewing store near me in NYC. if anyone knows let me know. Why dont u halve the yeast in a 2.5 gall? How much yeast should be used per gallon? I have a 3.5 gallon bucket that i am going to do my next brew that i order off the internet in. Thanks
