I want to carbonate my Imperial with c02 and push it with nitrogen. I know that we should use 30% n2 and 70% co2 mix, but I only have seperate bottles of both.
What if I carb it at 30psi for a day at 40f and then add n2 at 50psi for a day and then push it with 3psi co2?
