Decoction enhancement

I would like to see 2 new fields added to the decoction editor, rest temperature, and rest time. This would allow for a rest of the decoction before bringing it all the way to a boil. That way the schedule graph would truly represent the mashing of the beer.

I'd like to see this feature added as well. I would really like to model a double decoction schedule better than I currently can by scheduling a hold during the first decoction.

This would be very helpful. Doing an alpha rest for decoction is pretty standard too.
