Are you using patrice.b (at) mobistar.be to unlock BTP?

A license key is created in such a way that the name and email address have to match those used when the key was issued. Changes to the name and email in your BeerTools.com account have no effect when unlocking BeerTools Pro. The only way to use a new email address to unlock the program is to request a new license key based on your current account profile:

Please email a screenshot with the fields filled in so I can see the window. Also, make sure you don't use copy and paste to enter your information. Thanks.
