unable to scale a recipe

i want to scale a few recipes but it doesn't seem to work? i watched the video from Bobby_M on how to do it and nothing changes.

If you want to scale volume, tick the box next to the Final Volume box, and change the scrolling menu next to the box to "Scale". Change the Volume and the ingredients will scale to the new volume.

I've been trying that and it doesn't seem to work. doing it just like bobby_m videos showand it doesn't work

played with it some more and it seems to work now
