burner calibration
When I calibrate my burners, do i do it by turning heat full blast or what level do I do it. I am thinking to have it how I normally will have it. Is that right.

The most important thing is to use your equipment in the safest manner possible. With that in mind, I recommend that you calibrate at the highest level you typically use instead of full blast. This will represent the 100% output that you find in some of the schedule step editors such as "Direct Heat". If you turn your burner down for any of those steps, set the percentage relative to your calibration output. Of course, output is an approximation at best for most home brewers.
