Calculating IBU's
For some reason the program does not calculate the IBU's for a 90min boil, it stops at 60min. Is there a way to change this?

You can edit your utilization formulas and curves using Recipe->Utilization.

60'+ IBUs
I have the program set to use Tinseth's formula for calculating bitterness. It does give a higher IBU for 90' than 60', but only slightly. The increase in bitterness from a longer than 60' boil is generally considered to be negligible, I believe.
