Batch Sparge Method and Lauter step

When I do a batch of All-Grain beer I use a single infusion method, I let my mash sit for around 60 min. until the starch has been converted then do a Lauter to get the initial wort out of the mash tun. Then I do my sparge and add in the appropriate amount of water.
