Evaporation and Volumes
Either I'm missing something obvious (which would not surprise me in the least), or there's something wrong here.
I enter my kettle volume as 7 gallons, my evaporation per hour as .5, my boil length as 1.5 and water volume added as 0. BTP reports that my evaporation loss is .75 (correct) and my final volume is 6 (incorrect).
If I change my evaporation rate to 1 gallon/hr., BTP reports my evaporation loss as 1.5 (again, correct) and my final volume as 5.28 (huh? Where did that come from??!?)
Can someone please clarify either a.) that I'm being stupid, b.) I'm missing something obvious, or c.) this is a bug in BTP?
