Junk Characters in Notes Section

I've noticed that when using special characters, such as the degree symbol, in the notes section that junk characters get added after I have saved the session and then re-open it. Here's an example:
Anyone else notice this. I'm using XP.Primary 65º for 7 days. Secondary 34-40º for 28 days.

I see this as well... running XP ver23

I got this as well when opening recipes that had been fine when saved under a previous release.
1.0 GHz G4 iBook, 12", 1256MB, OS 10.4.11, 1024x768 pixel resolution (2004 and still going strong.)

This has been fixed. The next update is a rather extensive update. Once it clears the pre-release group it will be posted to your downloads tab.
