boil vessel dead space

I have a certain amount of wort that I am not able to extract from my boil vessel. I have tried to change the dead space on that vessel in BTP but I do not see where it has any affect on my water volumes. So far I have had to increase my evaporation loss to account for dead space in my boil vessel. Any suggestions?

I think you might need to do this under Volume Adjustments.
