Help, Error Message!

I saved a recipe, then installed version 1.0.5 (mac). Then when I try to open that recipe it tells me "File could not be opened: Invalid XML File".
Can I rescue the file?

I can recover the file if you send it to me. The problem usually involves an invalid character in the xml. Zipping the file before sending it is preferable. Thanks.
