Microsoft Error Report request when exiting by <file>&

When using quit from the file dropdown I get the Microsoft program error report popup. This only happens when using the <file><quit> route. It works fine if you use <ctrl><q> or the eXit button in the top right corner. It doesn't matter if you have a recipe loaded or not. Only a minor annoyance but thought you'd like to know about it.
