Thx for the DME from Brewferm. It's back again.

Could add the liquid range from Brewferm (supplier Brouwland)

There's a bug in the style for dunkelweizen (15B)

beertools pro thinks that the acceptable colour range is 13-14 SRM, the little BJCP book I have and beersmith both say 14-23

Warminster Malts are not listed

Post by billvelek »

My LHBS sent me an email-offer on a large grain purchase, and the list included 'Warminster' malts. I checked the BTP database to learn more about them before deciding if I want to try them, and they are not in the database. I then did a google search and found the following info, if you care to add these malts: http://www.warminster-malt.co.uk/products.html -- and product specs: http://www.warminster-malt.co.uk/pdfs/h ... dorder.pdf

I don't know how commonly available these malts are for users of BTP, but for that matter I don't know how available is half the stuff you have listed.

Cheers.

My LHBS sells a lot of Great Western malts, mostly their base malts and a few specialty malts. I would like to see these included if possible but I couldn't find any information on the interwebs about this maltster.

Seconded on the Danstar Munich - I'd post the link, but jas already has. Side note - I've messed around with a few different programs for my recipes. I think my search has come to an end. :)
