thanks jeff,
i had used some already, because my lhbs was out of my usual golden promise, this was very cheap, and i liked the results, but my numbers were all off.

I'm finding more and more that a lot of Australian and Kiwi hops aren't to be seen here.
Some of the bigger ones I'm thinking of are from Hop Products Australia (http://www.hops.com.au, a breeder in Victoria, Australia) and NZ Hops Ltd (http://www.nzhops.co.nz):

Notes:
Topaz™ is a rare gem. Down to earth or bright and breezy, depending on how you apply her. Dry hopping with Topaz™ results in resinous, grassy flavours; however, with later additions and in higher gravity brews, her true flavour qualities really begin to shine, as her pleasant, light tropical fruit (some say lychee) flavours become more pronounced. When ranked among other single hop beers by tasters at Brau 2012, Topaz™ was the most preferred.

Described during selection as “breathtaking” Nelson Sauvin has the unique ability to impart a distinctive cool climate white wine “fruitiness”. The complexity of the oils profile has seen selectors stretched looking for descriptors to document this unique new world variety. Nelson Sauvin is a hop that requires judicious application in the brew house, this truly unique dual-purpose variety can be used to produce big punchy Ales as well as subtle yet bitter Lagers. The fruitiness may be a little overpowering for the uninitiated, however those with a penchant for bold hop character will find several applications for this true brewer's hop.

I'd like to second the Mangrove Jack's yeasts suggestion. I'm seeing them increase in popularity in my brewing circles (and I've had good results too! :))

Ditton on the Mangrove Jack yeast. I am using M20 and M21 and they are both performing quite nicely!
