Oh Happy Day

I got a 32 qt turkey fryer from the parents today (for my birthday) so now I dont have to bother my brother in law to borrow his burner. Plus the pot is 304 stainless, now I just need a couple more and a stand and I can have a system. What I would actually like to have is some of those elec. elements that were in last months BYO, so that I can brew indoors. Some of those systems in the last issue were very impressive. Something to work towards I guess. The nit wit still hasnt finished, I may try adding a little more yeast to see if that helps. Later,
